Ogmore by Sea. It is only possible to sail from Ogmore’s sandy beach at low tide. This location is most popular in N or S winds which are cross-shore and with a good swell, there can be good conditions for wave sailing just outside the river mouth. The tidal range is large which can mean a long walk to the water.
